Using a basic web based application for your Telephone Messages would allow your employee’s to submit messages to their colleagues using a customized pre-defined template. This could include all the common clients company names and would allow you to simply select a company instead of typing it every time. This can then be set to automatically pre-populate a return telephone number or other fields. When a message is submitted this can then be emailed to the recipient with the added advantage of using a console summary that will display a record of all messages submitted.
