Due to major technical problems at our local BT telephone exchange, a small number of support clients may have been unable to contact us during the hours 9:00am - 09:55am on 11/11/08. By 10:00am our secondary backup communications system was live and accepting incoming calls. At approximately 11:00am BT engineers resolved this problem and all our primary systems were responding normally. May we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
